We are finding users replying to e-mails from which appears to be similar to an XpressAmerica look-a-like emails with their username, and password. We have been trying to inform customers for years..Never download, or reply to an e-mail from anyone posing to be a reliable source. Most likely it's a fake e-mail if the e-mail wants a password, credit card number, social security number, etc. While XA takes many steps to protect you... we can only advise in some instances. Take a minute to read about spam in e-mail. Click here. That page has advised customers for years. Customers that are not careful are abusing this policy, and may be without an XpressAmerica e-mail address. In short be careful on the web. It can be, fun, and help you, but it can cost you much aggravation, and expense. When in doubt call us to verify. Violating our abuse policy doesn't give you a 2nd chance to use your e-mail after you have given out personal information about your account. Be careful!!

Two bills before Congress, known as the Protect IP Act (PIPA) in the Senate and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the House, would censor the Web and impose harmful regulations on American business. Millions of Internet users and entrepreneurs already oppose SOPA and PIPA. The Senate will begin voting on January 24th. Please let them know how you feel. Sign this petition urging Congress to vote NO on PIPA and SOPA before it is too late.

BRRRR South Street Cookout? Snow may be on the ground , but plans are well underway for this years 4th annual South Street Cookout. Many of the events are the same like, Free Food, Dunk Tank, Bounce House, petting zoo, Children Ids, etc. But this year we have added 3 live bands, Rock climbing walls, and a team of horses, lots of prizes for the adults, and kids. If you are interested in volunteering please call XATel, and join in on helping on this free event. The South Street Cookout will be on Aug 18th, on Green Street. The Fun Starts at 1:00 PM

XA being a local business in Biddeford Maine understands how important buying local is. If everyone bought locally and stopped going to the big box stores.. there would be good paying jobs, low unemployment, and a thriving community. It doesn't make much sense to support the big chain stores, where their money goes out of country, and out of state. Money leaving Maine will not help Maine citizens provide for their families. Even your own local government should support buying local. Just because a price sometimes is a little lower dosen't justify losing 100s of jobs. Sometimes local is less expensive too.
